Mike's photo streamI'm off to the research station at Summerland this morning to particpate in a tasting event to determine the if terroir is a factor in Okangan Merlot.
The point will be to try and determine if terroir is making an impact on this varietal and, if so, is it geographically determined.
Y'know - is this place better than that place for growing grapes and making wine?
I'll post more on the experience shortly
